I've been waiting for my subscription since Oct. 21, 2025 when you stated that it was shipped, still haven't received it yet. So I have not been on my med's since Nov. 1st, 2025, it is now Dec. 11, 2025. If anyone is considering Drug Mart Direct I would think really hard about using this service, not very responsible or helpful.

I spoke with Shou today regarding one of my prescriptions I have been waiting on due to delays. He was kind and through in explaining why it taken so long and it would be processed for shipping. He was very considerate in asking if I had enough to make it until the delivery shipped. He verified my information to make sure there were no changes. I have always great service with Drug Mart Direct.
