As a long time customer this is my first adverse review Drug Mart Direct and it is a mixed bag. First of all, pricing has always been very good for us until our last order and a product we normally get was substituted by a product produced in another country @ TWICE the cost. I hope this was just an aberration and we can get back to the original supplier, as this is unacceptable for us to continue. My second issue as to why I am unable give five stars is that we never know exactly how many refills we have on a prescription, which makes it very difficult when one has multiple doctors as my spouse and I have. If the prescription bottle label contained that information as well as "expiration date" on the product, it would most helpful. The process of handling payments is very comfortable and has always been as represented, up until the last transaction, I have been extremely pleased with DrugMartDirect.com.
