I value and appreciate the service that DrugMartDirect (DMD) provides. First, my cost savings is 60% over what I'm charged for the same prescription in the U.S. Second, another prescription medication I take is sometimes difficult to get in the U.S., whereas, I've never had an issue with DMD (even during the pandemic). Third, ordering a prescription is exceedingly easy whether one orders online or via phone call. Fourth, you can easily see your history of orders, which I found to be very helpful when filling out our income tax report. Last, its customer service is wonderful, as often I'll get a phone call as a reminder to order a prescription. Bottom line: I will continue to use and rely on DrugMartDirect for the foreseeable future.
