Not happy with the reorder process. That is time wise, never sure exactly when I need to reorder. Why can't you take care of that when it's time.

When the post office lost my pills, I called Drugmartdirect, and the person on the phone was sympathic and helpful, and immediately ordered a replacement order at no cost to me! Wow! That's never happened before! When the replacement order arrived, I again asked my local PO to check...and they found the original order. I called drugmartdirect to thank them, and to pay for the new pills. I am impressed with the service, and very grateful. And I cannot afford these pills in the USA. THANK YOU!
