The service is excellent and affordable. On one medication my co-pay was $600.00 for ninety days. With Drug Mart Direct my payment in full was less than $55.00. Consequently, I don't even list that medication with my insurance. Thank you Drug Mart Direct. NGH

I had my second refill package coming with a damaged box and part of my medicine missing. This last time, Drug Mart Direct was in constant communication with me and asked how we could make it better. I told them better packaging that would make it to my home since it was coming from overseas. I received my replacement refill of what was missing, securely packed in a strong box and taped to where nothing would fall out. They didn’t call once but twice to see if I finally received my replacement meds. They went above and beyond and will make sure this does not happen again. They put a note on my account to securely pack since I have had difficulty two times this year. It’s crucial to fix this problem as it take weeks to receive my medication.
