I placed an order for eye drops before August 29, 2025 as suggested by DMD as a work-around the soon to be Trump Tariff issue. After a number of delays and package returns back to Canada, I received an email that I was to receive my prescription on December 8, 2025. Unfortunately, it was not delivered and checking the US Postal Service website and tracking number, it was in process from Chicago then later "Not found." The DMD email comment is that USPS information is not reliable, so where is my prescription?
