I used the chat feature for customer service today and chatted with Marilyn S. I was concerned because my medicine had been waiting for a new script from my doctor which he had faxed to them 5 days earlier. However I still did not see that my order had been updated and processed yet. Marilyn assured me the prescription was received and was transferred to the dispensary and to allow 1-3 business days to ship at which time I would receive an email. That was such a relief to hear. I really like the chat feature because I got an immediate response and resolution of my concerns. DrugMartDirect not only has great prices but also has great customer service .
