Through my insurance company my prescription was $460.00 every three months. With drug art it is only $70.00 every three months. They ship in a timely fashion and everything is perfect. This has saved me so much money and I truly appreciate it!

The customer service system sucks. Once you get a person on the line, things usually go pretty well. Some of the reps have such a strong accent that it is very difficult for this old southern gentleman to understand. Try having someone who is "English first" in their language. The main problem is getting to that person. The last time I called in, I had to wait 20 minutes for a person to answer. If the prescription I was calling about was not so important, I would have given up long before I got a person on the line. Your "online" service is probably very self explanatory, and easy, for younger, more technically inclined, people. At my age, I have very limited online skills. That is why I need a person to take my order. Even though my prescriptions are very important to me, the next time I have to wait on hold over 10 minutes to visit with a rep, I will be cancelling my service with you, and moving my business to another Canadian import company. Hire more people.
